Meet the Founder
Dr. Bayne spent 37 years in California K–12 public education. The first 16 years were as a school police officer, corporal, sergeant, and captain.
The past 21 years were spent serving as a K–12 risk manager and emergency manager focusing on school safety and emergency planning.
His deep expertise in school policing, risk management, and emergency preparedness leadership makes him uniquely qualified to help schools build sustainable safety programs that protect students, staff, and communities.
